BJSS in Scotland, has recently worked with Street Soccer Scotland to bring significant enhancements to its operations by automating processes within its Salesforce environment, allowing it to recognise and celebrate the work of its dedicated volunteers more effectively.

Cultivating Mindfulness offers wellbeing programs for young people and runs the Glasgow Spirit of Christmas campaign, which supports children in hardship. With the help of AND Digital, the charity transformed its donation process by implementing digital tools for real-time tracking and improved communication with donors. This new system allowed them to efficiently manage resources, respond quickly to demand, and reach more children each year.

Newcastle Vision Support, supports visually impaired individuals. It partnered with BJSS to improve accessibility through Alexa Skills. The project enabled users to access newsletters, receive real-time updates on events, and call the charity directly via voice commands. BJSS integrated Alexa with the charity’s website, converting audio files into podcasts, which expanded the reach and reduced production costs.

Seescape with PwC UK
Seescape, supports visually impaired individuals. It partnered with PwC UK to improve the safety of their staff and volunteers. The project focused on developing a lone worker protection system that allows staff to notify the charity when they arrive and leave a client’s home, and alerts the charity in case of danger or missed check-ins. By implementing features like real-time location tracking, SOS alerts, and easy-to-use check-in systems, Seescape can now ensure the safety of their team while fulfilling their duty of care.
